Tottenham in 7th position 6 points off the lead. Nothing really has changed much with them since 1982 to the present. Since I have been watching them they always seem to end up several points behind the real powerhouses. The powerhouse teams may have changed a bit, but Tottenham seems to still be nipping at their heels.
