This has been obvious from the start. A very tiny percentage of people are going to get even richer than they are already.
The video looks a bit chopped up to me though. Has it been edited to suit suit someones agenda ?

There's always that possibility with anything online, unfortunately.
I've just never thought all cars going electric was practical, simply because of the gargantuan task of making charging possible for everyone, and easy enough. There's a finite amount of natural resources necessary to make phones/batteries/etc anyway. Population increase will certainly exacerbate this.
