Bin men ****ers ! Just watched one stick notes in 2 garden recycling sacks with grass clippings in it that Mrs put out so light she carried both with one hand . Note said to heavy to lift safely, contains earth, stone or logs which they didn't, lazy gits ! Paying a fortune in poll tax for **** all !
One shouldn't generalise, for sure but our binmen couldn't give a toss and do the least possible, as badly as possible. There is the odd exception but we don't see him too often.
Talking of bins... bonus fun fact - our council now refer to the black bin as "the grey bin" and it's jet black
