It is indeed fake. Just spoke to a Gills mate of mine. He sent me the link to the account that Paulo posted his "goodbye" message on and it has a totally different profile picture to that one.
Yeah looked on Facebook and there's one that looks far more like a personal account. Originally posted the link but thought best to take it down, knowing what some people on the internet are like.
That's lucky I saw this thread, agree with the rest of you. Did some stalking and there's one facebook page that looks like a real account: https://www.facebook.com/paulo.gazzaniga.1 the other one just looks like a fans put it together.
