Aye it's all well and good looking at regulations and laws until you realise it's a grey area and very much dependent on how you present your side. It's one of the reasons lawyers get paid **** loads because they can find success in seemingly impossible situations just by arguing in the right way.

This whole thing stinks of two sides who should be able to work together but can't. The whole affair is ridiculous, I'm not blaming either side but how can a football club and a council not be able to get on. The only people that suffer are the fans and the general public.

He should walk round. The gate is ridiculous but it didn't attack him, he thought he could do what he wanted. If someone wanted to take a short cut through your property would you be happy? If they injured themselves doing it would you be distraught about it?
