Also a lot of talk he is on his way to Juva. Hope we get him

Don't think Juve need him.

They play two wingers that track back and work hard off the ball, and in the centre they're looking to bring in a top striker and play Giovinco in behind.

Echo and Express are saying we've signed him, around £17M apparently.

Does he play in the middle ? Also mentions on the article about that giant ivory coast striker we are linked with...hard to imagine how he will fit in unless its as a 3rd striker?

The Traore guy was never a real target and has signed for Anzhi.

GR can play in the middle and out wide, usually on the right. He's more of an inside forward or attacking midfielder, he floats and cuts in on his left foot. Versatile.

I hope this is true. Infinitely better than Gylfi and much more ambition to move for him. I like the whole Uruguayan contingent we seem to be building which should lure him.

Hope so but tbh I hope we aren't taking an "either or" approach to signings, as tbh we need a number of new options for our attack/midfield!

Gaston, has much better close quarters ball control, must be a Uruguay thang... But he doesn't seem to be as good a goal scorer as the Icelandic option, and what we really need is for people to stick it in the bag, rather than looking impressive with step overs and feints.

Ramirez and Sigurddson would be bought for different positions.Gylfi is more of a CM, Ramirez can play 2nd striker or wide in 442, or if we play 433 he would play as a wing forward
