Yeah we all know you'll get a harsher sentence if the case is in the public eye and that counts away from football too.

I can understand the banning order. I can't get my head around jail time for that.

It goes back to that earlier argument. If Bowyer and Dyer can punch **** out of each other in the public eye and the police don't get involved, why should the general public be treated differently to footballers?

He must have previous that we don't know about. Otherwise I'm surprised by the prison term. Even if he had been sentenced to prison it would've been suspended surely, so he must have previous.
