I think people are to quick to name people legends at clubs, because as quite rightly said due to the number of games he played. I think some people forget certain players, like Nick Cussacks role played when Petty sacked players and the work he did at that time. Gary monk, tidy player, good centre half, legend, definitely not.
Cusack was left high and dry and at the time thrown into the deep end how he managed to keep us afloat in terms of playing staff was nothing short of miraculous but without results on the field he was doomed to fail , any resemblance to what's happening now is purely co incidence
