I'm allowing my mod colleagues to learn the tricks of the trade - that and the fact that I spent all day yesterday in the Nissan plant watching a Qashqai being built and then last night at a folk/acoustic club in Chester-le-street so had zero time to do any modding - luckily the guys seem to be picking it up quite well.
They'll be just fine. All good blokes with a cracking sense of humour. What do you think of the Qashqai?
I didn't buy one!! Just watched it being made as part of a course I was sent on from work! They look good mind and the deal the people who work there get is canny too. £293 a month for a lease car replaced every year with a brand new high spec apparently! Couldn't handle working there on the line though - looks far too boring!
Ive worked for nissan (twice) unipress, autrans and johnson controls. Although never on the line. They were all ****e. But it was decent money at the time
