Terrible news

Gary was a true gentleman and my thoughts are with his family.

I hope that we can organise a minutes silence today at Portman Road.

My youngest was an avid Liverpool fan before he grew up and we met Gary at a dinner in Penzance and he generously spent time chatting with my son as they shared the same bootmaker, Puma. Got to say the whole Liverpool squad were very kind then (even Magilton but he didn't know the bad luck that was going to befall him then), probably a bit different from the squad nowadays.
