    Well that didn't happen...

Not denying the Drogba song was sung several years ago, but there was no racist abuse of Drogba that day I know of. Was it reported anywhere?

Never a pen in a million years, let's be honest. But the reaction from rivals is priceless, nowhere near as bad as some people are going on.

A very soft pen with out a shadow and would not have been happy if given against us
but undoubtably we will be victims of a few harsh descions over the course of this season

I am not taking sides here at all, but its a bit rich from Chelsea fans to take the morale high ground on racism, wow the most racist fans in the country if you are going by history, and I know current cfc fans who still have that view, and if you are honest you will acknowledge that, saying that I can remember ian wright getting racist abuse when his son played for man city about 8-9 years ago. I have the answer, come to craven cottage, friendly place, even the team will gift the visiting team 3 easy points, don't get me started how useless ffc are, all ruperts welcome

Ok, because we had racist fans in the past we should tolerate racism now, Brilliant.

And we are not allowed to discuss racism and bring it into the open either. None of us. Not one of our 3 million fans. Forever

all I am saying, get your own house in order first, of course you can and should discuss racism, it should be a thing in the past, you know and I know, q.p.r c.f.c millwall and a few others still have that racist element of fans, and where have cfc got 3m fans from, you are taking my point to the extreme, its shows progress that you are offended by racism, came a long way since paul callender (spelt wrong) got abuse from his own fans

If you watch the replays you'll see Ba is first pulled back by his shirt and then tackled in a sandwich. He was fouled 3 times in the one incident and all of them worthy of a pen.

Cannovlle also got heaps of abuse at the Cottage when we won 5-3 in 83.

The (inexcusable) abuse from home fans stopped by then. He was a legend by 84 and loved by chelsea fans then.

People forget that by the mid 80s when chelsea had overcome racism largely, it was prevalent elsewhere such as Merseyside (Everton are white Everton are white hello songs) and black chelsea players even got some abuse in the 90s at Middlesborough

I don't remember cannonville getting abuse at the cottage, though you did rob us that day, davies hatrick(all class goals) compared to dixons tap ins and break away goals, how we lost that day was robbery

Now I've seen it (thanks for the Gif) I really don't see what all the fuss is about tbh, I've seen players booked for simulation for it, and I've seen far softer ones given, it is what it is. Ramires knew he'd lost the ball, stepped across, and hit the deck form the contact, pretty standard stuff in professional football, it's all part of the game and everyone does it. On a side note about refs and penalties and how soft they can be, I once got awarded penalty for tripping over my shoelace, I didn't tell the ref.
