Why would we loan him. If they want him pay up. He could get injured during his loan period. Then we are ****ed.

Either we keep him or sell him. The fact that Napoli want a loan suggest they aren't convinced about his injury healing hence the loan.

My thoughts exactly valley...they are just covering their back like any team would do taking on a player that has had a long time injury....

    Girlfriend I think?

But he's unstable emotionally and until he sorts that out he's a complete liability imo. A fully fit (mentally and physically) Michu is an asset to any team but he's clearly not happy here so thanks for the memories and ta ta. But no loan.

If we sell a fit Michu because he is unhappy, then I think it is sad reflection of the continued nonsense last season. Michu possibly when of the best finishes we have had. Rarely missed a one on one opportunity.

No sign of Poz, Pablo or Canas in training pictures from US. Are they there?

I suspect Canas and Poz have potential ( poz particularly) suspect both were bought as back up to first choices. A confident Pablo often looked like the only player who could find gaps when we were struggling break down defences. I hope Monk is not letting all of these go while he keeps Tiendalli and Tate.

Monk may be in a situation where hes not really letting guys go , they may be wanting to go and must be dealt with . I suspect a bit of this to unfold in the next 10 days or so .I too am a bit dejected at the likes of Poz (especially in Europe ) , Pablo and Michu almost confined to whats happining benind the scenes .. Poz was so important the first half last seasons when midfielders were hard to muster .. Poz's season of last , most used player by one manager in the first half and never used by the other the rest of the season... .

Regardless of his ability if Michu doesn't want to play for Swansea he can get stuffed and the sooner we get rid of him the better. I only want to see players in a Swansea shirt that want to play for the club.
As for Pablo I don't understand how you can make these things up, he's been spotted back at pre season and enjoyed some of his best football under Monk.

Yes so far monk has won over falkirk, boro and signed two without a club on absolutly massive wages!

Agree about michu though, but considering he stayed with his relegated club, signed a new deal here when he could have moved and refused to move to a rival in spain because of his love for his home team i considqer he has morqe loyalty than most, the question is why such a 100% commited player who every week left nothing on the pitch in terms of effort is suddenly looking to Get out and is now considered nothing but trouble?

This is the real question, its a damm shame ,same with the other spanish guys, they aint bad players and have proved that for the money spent they Are good value.

I fully understand that the board Are doing what they Think is right, thats the only crumb of go fort for me in this.

Michu is one of the best ive ever seen in a swans shirt, all of a sudden people Are considering him a problem, surely There Are deep rooted problems at the club? Lets not throw the baby out with the bath water if we can help it IMO

Why do you think he is on loan and not sold for peanuts. They wanted his for cheap and we said no and the only solution is a loan deal.

What happened to the crunch talks. Was supposedly a few days ago but the situation is still dragging on. Maybe no-one wants to buy him.

I agree with most of your post Norway but Michu is a strange one. His 'loyalty' was clearly to Laudrup not to Swansea and perhaps for understandable reasons. I think Laudrup's departure and the manner of it has turned Michu against the Club but that's just my personal opinion based on what we've seen from him on and off the field since. By the looks of it Pablo may be the next but at least he kept his head down and played for us and in fact improved under Monk if anything.

As for Pozuelo and Canas - no surprise there. I posted a while back that a mate spoke to Pozuelo in town and he said he was never going to be seen in a Swans shirt again as he had fallen out with Monk (when challenged I had to post a pic of Poz with my mate). Both Canas and Poz are history imo.

With Pablo's departure possibly on the horizon this is clearly the end of the 'Spanish revolution' at the Club now Monk is in charge, for better or worse.

Just asking the question. Why is he making this up? Pablo is not in the US (like Michu) and therefore just as others are making the assumption along with associated internet rumours about Michu leaving then why not Hernandez? Does he not only have 1 year left on his contarct and nothing has been mentioned about an extension etc So it doesnt exactly fill you with confidence that the club are busting a gut to keep him. I would say what RJ has stated is a fair assumption.

Is he not in the USA? I didn't know that and if so apologise to roof <ok>

That said there haven't been any rumours in the press nor on here regarding Pablo being unhappy or wanting to leave etc.
If he was leaving what was the point in him being at first couple of pre season sessions? Might has well stayed away like Poz Michu and Canas.

They Are under contract to return unless told otherwise. Poz,pablo and i beleive canas were all There for pre season meet up, like laudrup though, some would have been left behind to work on fit ess or because they Are not wanted.

Its a hell of a tur around from us thinking Poz was the NeXT coutinho to him not being required,if true . Same with canas, it takes a Long time to learn how to play the role leon plays, but canas was decent enough overall .

Im not go gotta le with people saying These boys Are trouble but i caneasiøy see they may have felt There was an injustice with laudrups treatment and have decided (wrongfully) that the swans aint for them.

Pablo just kept his head down through everything and kept on playing for the Jersey,if that and his assists dont warrent a one year extension then im not sure what does .

Monk seems to be harsh with the spanish lads but the likes of ash richards and Tate still seem to be part of the furniture , monk dont seem so ruthless with them.

Anyway, all hearsay and rumour but There has clearly been alot of **** going on behind the scenes this last year, i just hope it doesnt kill our momentum .

A reliable source suggested to me that Poz and Canas were involved in leaking stories to the press towards the end of last season. It would make sense as Canas went from being a regular starter, even under Monk, to not being involved on match days. If so, you can be sure that both will be on their way out.

A less reliable source informed me that Michu has arthritic ankles and may never be at 100% fitness again. If this is the case, and as we have purchased Gomis, selling him now would be the best option imo.

I'd be very surprised to see Pablo leave however.

I must admit, I find Poz to be a little overrated, he was fantastic in his first few games but I didn't see him as the 2nd coming as some people seem to think

Historically,"reliable sources" tend to be anything but "reliable",and should be either,a)totally ignored,or,b) taken with a large pinch of salt.
