I can’t see it, Matth.

He’s got more intelligence than Pogba and he’s less greedy than Sanchez.

You seem to attract only stupid and greedy players.

We do attract our fair share of greedy players tbh mate you're right. It's a shame that.

When the pressure is on to deliver the parameters which you have to work to in the Transfer Market are different. Your players are under no pressure to deliver, so you can take more risks than the likes of United, Chelsea, Liverpool and City. Often these pay off and sometimes they flop, but when they flop at Spurs it's no biggie, nobody was expecting anything.

To get the balance right is the secret, very few clubs manage this.

Nowt to do with Bale but since he scored a cracker in the final... Who's seen the scorpion kick scored in the A-league by Riley McGree? Stunning.

Almost as good as Giroud’s for Arsenal. <ok>

Yeah that makes it much easier to score that goal mate.

Yeah it’s a cracking goal, I only mentioned Girouds as I knew you’d bite.

A league still counts for **** though.

I know how it works, Tel.

Clubs like United need to buy glory, such is the pressure on your board from your army of worldwide plastics to deliver.

I get that, mate.

A true and proper local fan base, such as us Tottenham boys is always likely to be more forgiving on our club, and especially our players.

I suppose, for our players, it comes down to “quality of life” and to whether or not they are prepared to sell their souls to Satan.

I think we’re both singing from the same hymn book, on this issue, Tel.

Nearly men ranting 101:bandit:

You show em son!

Ironic coming from a Spurs fan who’s team signed Davids over 10 years ago.
Davids was good for us. We needed someone exactly like him and he complemented Carrick very well.
Got him on a free and he's still well thought of by Spurs fans. Very weird example.

I'd rather fund success than fund failure mate.

If you wanna start comparing academy graduates fire away, you'll be mopping up your own diarrhoea after a few mins.
