There's not many that combine diving and feigning injury, with vicious challenges and outright assaults. His media treatment is entirely justified. What I don't like is that Balotelli's misdemeanors are met with an "Oh Mario" kind of response from the media. Everyone seems to think his antics are hilarious so when he comes out with a downright disgraceful head stamp that could've done any amount of damage to Parker(why is it always Parker?) it's "silly old Mario", "this is what you get with him" shrugging off the incident. If it was Suarez I think he'd have had the media baying for a longer ban and rightly so, Balotelli was very lucky to only get a 3 match ban(plus 1 for his second red of the season).
