Here in Australia, Rugby League returned to empty stadiums on the weekend.
First thoughts, it was a bit weird, but after watching a couple of games, I certainly got used to all except one thing. The directors seemed reluctant to show enough wide shots , avoiding empty stands ??, and I felt used too many close ups. This meant it was difficult to get a grasp on the "big picture" ie, people positioning themselves, working off the ball etc.
This would be exaggerated with football, as it is such an important part of the game..
I watched a couple of Bundesliga games and felt the same thing was happening.
Hope Sky don't go down that path when you kick off in a couple of weeks.

I haven’t got Sky Sports but I do have BT Sport. I’m pretty sure the upcoming Leicester and Man City games are live on BT. I wonder if simulated crowd noise will be played over the Tannoy? A rendition of fuck ‘em all would be nice.
