Well, I did think I'd made it fairly clear, and then Treble wrote it out again. Maybe not in basic enough terms?

    What wasn't clear?

IF Solskjaer gets the elbow mid season, we'd need to bring someone in.

    Zidane has been suggested.

Zidane currently has no job, and has been touted as someone who could come in and bring a squad of players, who are currently being given no coaching or direction, together.

    That would be his remit.

Ole is only getting sacked if things are looking especially grim, so his remit would be to get things sorted, get us top four and CL and, if you do, we take it from there at the season end.

(no, he won't be given, or demand, a five ****ing year contract)

IF he achieves this, then they discuss the option of making the job longer term.

What they do not do is award him the permanent job because he wins his first half dozen games. Which is what they did with Solskjaer.

It really isn't rocket science, honestly.

What is so hard to take in?

Ole is clearly our best option. His management style has revolutionized football across the galaxy. His coaching methods have turned average players into generational galactic legends.

Such is Ole’s brilliance and power that there is never a must win match because he knows how to turn a loss into victory long after the final whistle.

Ole, the legendary manager, is bar none the best manager in the world of football and duly loved by even the most ardent rival fans.

You can close the thread now.

Never one to change on a whim mate so in to the end of season.

Our biggest problem (and it's one that has been there for a few years) is that we have not one single leader in the team.
Yes we have great players and we also have a captain but there is not one i can envisage kicking up **** in the dressing room at half time and giving others a few home truths.
We have a bunch of quiet players or primadonna's, the first class will sit and stare at the ground, the second class will sit inwardly fuming that others are not as good as them.
The only player i have seen that might just kick arses at half time is a kid out on loan "Brandon Williams" who doesn't really have the standing to do so.

Why have you got this in your head?

You seriously believe that if you offer a man who has won 3 consecutive CLs a chance to prove himself he will be impressed with the offer?

The man doesn't need the money because he is out of work, it's a ****ing insult.

Wow, that's deep even for you ................... I thought e the whole basis for this forum was for discussion and debate, we're all ,passionate about the club are we not? We're allowed to have opposing views, the answer is how we interact and debate - not just slag people off who have a different viewpoint and then try to stifle the discussion....

    What discussion?

Seriously, you offer **** all. Nothing, zilch.

You genuinely haven't got a ****ing clue.

All you ever say is 'who then?'.

And then ignore anything anyone has said and just ask the same question again.

And you never answer - all you do is sit there and slag the manger off - you never offer an alternative, just ride the wave as you see it - Ole is ****, Ole is good, someone, anyone will be better, but you never stick your head above tjhe parapet and say who might be better and, most important of all - why that might be. Another opinionated keyboard warrior with no ****ing idea.

Nah mate he's right, we should bin Ole and get in a caretaker (sorry interim) manager to see to see how he does until the end of the season and if ok give him a contract.
We have never done that before i'm sure <whistle>
