Devit didn't play to well but the 30 year old trialist looked sharp. Oxley pulled of a good save but otherwise had nothing to do and didn't do anything about the goal. Clarkson looked like one the future and scored a good goal. Overall a decent game
Does margetts still look like the best thing since mayonnaise on chips? I seem to rcall a couple saying he looked fantastic for the reserves in the past...
I think Clarkson and Margetts both look handy players, I just wonder if they'll ever get a chance to show what they can do, Emeton has certainly not been given that chance.
He played well but his second was all thanks to hughes as he left him with a open goal. Looked sharp though

Their all round games looked decent but of course it's difficult to compare at that level. Clarkson's was a very tidy finish. Devitt looked capable but didn't really deliver much. Sonny Bradley looked like a man amongst boys. I got talking to Paul Musselwhite during the second half and asked him if he was still playing. He said he's at York as goalkeeping coach but still plays when needed.
