Yet another fatality. Does every year start this badly?

RIP Galileo Rock

And I'm pretty sure another one died at Southwell today - their count is rapidly rising :(
 
Galileo Rock was a beautiful horse and potentially one to have earmarked for an Ascot Gold Cup- loved fast ground and his maiden win was pretty breathtaking. An excellent 2nd in the Derby too.

Such a shame :( R.I.P
