It's a good question and not an easy one to answer because we've got so many talented young players who are all loving life at Sunderland, all of them grafting and building relationships with the fans. So there's a lot to choose from.
To pick one I'd go with Neil. I'm not saying he's currently the best player at the club but he's improving year on year especially with the physical side of the game. I think by the time he's in his late twenties he'll be a superb all round midfielder in the premier league and it'll be with us.
I know the other players are happy at the club but it runs deeper when they're local lads who would be at the games as a fan even if they worked in an office.
