Really? Isn’t it strange how we can view the same fight differently ! I thought Whyte offered nothing, he was slow & predictable, he was just a punchbag for fury.

TBF I'd been drinking since 12:30pm. I may have a different view after I've rewatched the fight.

Agreed, he knew his nights work was done and didn’t need to hurt him anymore. even as the ref was counting Fury was signalling it was over.
Predictably result really and basically a stocking filler for both boxers. The comeback story about Fury is well known now as he is without doubt an excellent boxer for such a big bloke beating pretty much everything around him these last few years. It has to be said though that whilst Fury can only beat what’s in front of him the heavyweight division really has been mediocre for some time now.

I juat think there are great figghts out there for Fury. Joshua, Usyk, Yoka and Hrgovic would all be great fights.
Fury to fight the AJ/usyk winner in December I reckon and then if he wins that and becomes undisputed, he'll retire
I agree with this. Fury is a right handful in the heavyweight division. I didn’t think White won any round last night. Fury was just playing with him.

Tbf he has a point, fury did obviously push him after he hit him. But it made no difference, the uppercut had already done the damage
There is a argument that Fury could side stepped Whyte and let him fall on his face or hit him again.

He could and Whyte possibly would have fallen, but he didn't and you can't hide from the fact fury clearly pushes him over. But as I say I don't think it made a shred of difference
