ITI Any news on Macca? I think the last time he played was v. Southampton away on 29th January and we have seen nothing of him since then.
Lets hope we see him soon. It seems like he plays a run of 3 games or so then his immune system problem kicks in and he is out for a month again. We seem a much more settled team with him in a 4 5 1 formation. It gives Whitts more opportunity to get forward. I see Lawrence doing a similar thing but he likes to push on as well which can leave us light in front of the back 4.
Malky's pre-match on Player: "Hoping to have Macca back involved in the next few weeks. This weeks games are a little too soon" Macca deserves a medal imo. If he can get back for the last 6-8 games that will be great.
Funny all that because last week you said on the 'Do things get worse thread' Seems you need to pick a side and make your mind up.
One post has nothing to do with the other stevo . All anyone knows is you've taken a big loss last season & I'm HOPING , like I assume most of you , that it's just mostly losses put on one seasons account . The reason I think that you'll have no losses next season is the wages that walked out he door , payed for all players walking in the door . That all being said , the Malaysians should have spent a bit more in January & in the loan market since , to shore up a tired team playing well , & they didn't . A few seasons back they could have spent a bit to shore up the team by paying a small wind up order & bring someone in in January when Dave & the boys were rolling along but tired & they did nothing then either . They had enough to buy half controlling interest back then for peanuts though .
If you are serious in trying to tell me those 2 posts are unrelated then I'll take the advice I was given earlier and stop wasting my time responding.
Makes no diff to me what you do with your time , but I'd spend most of your time worrying about the Malaysians intentions . No body wants to break the bank , but a few more players should have come through the door the last few months , especially the way the team is playing & they aren't showing up ... yet anyways
'T' alliteration, very good ITIRWAN. I suppose you could call points 'table tokens', that might do it. Malky might make Mason midfield's mighty marauder, motivating Miller, maintaining momentum.
