To be fair, Hart is quality, and a joker to boot. Everyone else is just a muppet though..... Green, Kirkland, Carson, James... <doh>

Yep, Hart's outstanding and only 25.
Assuming all of his clauses got paid out, he only cost £1.5m.
I wonder if there are any other young, English keepers around with a similar talent, lurking in the lower leagues?

Usually what happens is they're said to be a potential England Number One whilst in the lower leagues, but the instant inflation that adds to their transfer value rules out a list of potential moves.

The obvious names to add to that particular list are Scott Loach at Watford, and there's a lot of talk about Jack Butland at Brum, and both have made the standby list for the England team at various times (with Butland on standby for the Euros)

there's one at Sutton United,Kevin Sciven, his one weakness is his kicking, which can be worked on,i think he could play in the PL,easily the best keeper in the blue square south

Kevin Scriven is indeed a fine goalkeeper, watched him a few times myself this season and he has impressed each time. He would be well worth a punt by a Conference side at least. I think one thing which would go against him with going to a FL club, is that so many clubs these days are unwilling to take a chance on a player who hasn't served an apprenticeship at a FL club, preferring to go with someone who has experience at even academy level.
