I agree with Chief. You can't sit back in the last 10 mins on a 1 goal lead. It not only opens you up to the sucker punch but creates a perception we are vulnerable to the rest of the league which is similar to the point I was making about our cb's.

I posted at the time bring on Rashford. I think Ole was right to bring on both him and McTominay. It made sense. Shore up the midfield and give them something to worry about up frobt with Rashford coming on with fresh legs. So why did the players sit deep? It's a mentality that needs to change.

And here's the key. If it's because you want to see out the game and that's what you want to do then KEEP possession. No point just defending for your life. Hold on to the ball and make the opposition chase you for it. It's not rocket science tbh.

 

Can we please stop passing out from the back. If teams like Fulham can capitalise on it - we're ****ed. We can't do it, hoof it to the middle of the park and take it from there.
