Hi Surly I also am worried about aggression on our board. I also have to confess to have been a guilty poster, who has been deeply offended and responded aggressively. I will try to return to more thoughtful, straightforward posts. It would be good for us all to moderate our posts and responses - let's aim to be respectful to each other and FFC staff, even when we need to be appropriately critical.
How can you say that, Tosh, you ******* **** of a *******! You must have **** for brains and ***** for a ****! If I knew how to do those smily emoticons that you young people so enjoy, I'd put one of them in to show that this is just a joke. But I don't so I can't. I'll have to write a lengthy and punchline spoiling addendum like this. Hey ho.
Quite agree Surlyc,there are many vitriolic comments about postings, we are all FFC fans,and the reason this forum exists is to express our personal views.
Agreed with ros, Surly, Tosh etc. I myself grew disillusioned with this board, that we'd moved away from being the measured and friendly space on Not606 and turned into every other bickering joke of a board. Glad to see we've not lost our soul, like our wonderful old club. Now let's get behind the team and Big Mart! COYW
I know I don't post a lot on here but I always read the threads(always interesting to see other fans opinions) and I too have noticed the recent hostility. I've always been happy with the level of sophistication on the Fulham board, even since the bbc 606 days. You would certainly struggle to find a Fulham WUM. Hopefully it's all behind us and we can get on with the more important issues
