There is clearly no shape to the team, poor tactics and nothing changes week after week. Nothing from the management team shows promise. Even Ramsays interviews aren't passionate. I'm not saying for one minute he should be manager but Ollie in the sky box at half time was more passionate than the whole team put together. Need to change the training staff and management now - not in January.

Why is it we always save our most totally inept half-baked performances for the TV cameras enabling the whole country to see what a shambles we are?...
 
I got laughed at on here a few months ago for mentioning Colin's name....the best football we've played in the last 5 years was under Warnock & we also looked like we could defend too. Ironically I genuinely believe we have some better players in the current squad than Warnock's Championship winning team so it must be down to tactics/coaching etc. I'm watching on TV & we have no attacking threat, no pace & they look like they are going to score every time they get the ball. Poor. I was at LR for the Blackburn game & we haven't made any progression....
