The initial allocation was relatively small (2500 or so I believe) so even if it's not increased officially it won't be hard to get 'neutral end' tickets.

Doesn't the away/neutral end hold about 6500? If so plenty of room for the 4000 neutral R's fans........

The allocation was increased. Over 4,000 R's will be there.
