Didn’t see anything of the game. Any early opinions on Ekwah?

We have had to wait since the Reidy days. Been a long time coming.

From the Twitter updates he didn’t seem shy about shooting but other than that I can’t really comment on him I’ve not watched it back yet

There’s a gulf between the mags saying we have our club back and us saying we have our club back

    Totally agree.
And if truth be told, they couldn't be further from "having their club back".

    Yeah.

Big, powerful, passes quickly and accurately, confident if a little quiet which will change as it has with the likes of Hume, Neil, etc.

This young team is the best I've
seen in 50 years, not since Brian Clough was the coach for the youths 1967/68 I think it was. Reidy's was good but this one has the potential to eclipse even that one.

Good points, agree with all that.

    From the official Fulham website:

"The entire Putney End was packed with a vociferous travelling support
, and they were on their feet when Pierre Ekwah saw his shot deflect over, with Ballard’s header from the subsequent corner held by Rodák."

Is there any chance he comes back the same player (even if it’s in a year’s time) if it’s a full rupture do you reckon?

Cant give a proper opinion yet because he needs games. I thought he was off the pace yesterday and gave the ball away in a couple of dangerous positions. I'm sure that'll change when he gets up to speed.

This **** bugs the hell out of me. These faux "unbelievable" moments in football that were so amazing they had the wherewithal to film their stupid faces

best game i have seen for a while to be honest and our lads were certainly not shown up, with better finishing we could have strolled through that match.

defence was pretty much solid and when they did get through patto was there to make the save, the midfield passed around and created plenty i thought...ekwah came on and looked assured while looking a wee bit lost, understandable as the lad has not had much time to work with his team mates.

over all the team worked for each other against a pretty good premiership outfit that had to throw in the 'big guns' to try and win, the fans were amazing, sounding like they were at home.

think i would go for patto for MotM, when the armour creaked a little he was there to do his job although dan niel is really showing improvement every game now and runs a very close 2nd.

Listened to What the Falk podcast and they say that Rigg has unfollowed the barcodes on social media as well as patting the badge when he thought he'd scored. Don't think that kid is going anywhere just yet

Rigg fairly smashed that finish in. Took it really well.

Was it right footed as well? He’s a leftie iirc.
