might tell us a lot, I think!

I genuinely have no idea who will be played - guaranteed starters for me:
Ruddy
Yobo
Martin
Olsson
Howson
Snodgrass

Beyond that, will we go 4-5-1? Isn't that Adams' preferred formation with the u18s? Will Bassong play given he is most likely to be unhappy about Hughton going? Possibly Redmond too?

I would go for a 4-3-3 with Tettey, Howson and Johnson behind Redmond, RvW and Snodders.

How ironic would it be if RvW goes and knocks in a hattrick?

This for me:

Ruddy
Martin - Yobo - Bassong - Olsson
Tettey - Howson
Snodgrass - Hoolahan - Pilkington
Hooper

Subs: Bunn, Turner, Whittaker, Johnson, Redmond, Elmander, RvW

What on earth has happened to Pilks?

I think he might have been one of the first senior players to turn against Hughton...

Olsson was hobbling a bit towards the end and that probably explains the reason for him being subbed by Jonas. I hope he is sufficiently recovered to play on Saturday - Bassong was also limping as well (although you'd hardly know the difference) so I imagine he maybe a doubt.

Here's what I'd like to see:

Ruddy
Rusty
Olsson
Turner
Yobo
Snodgrass
Tettey
Johnson
Pilks
Howson
Hooper

Pilks, who has been scanadlously overlooked, will give us a more attacking threat and I'd like to see Howson in a more advanced role hence me putting Bradders back in...

I just feel we need Redmond on the pitch because he stretches the opposition and creates space. At the very least we need RvW for his runs in behind. Without that we lack pace and so we get compressed in the middle of the park and our CMs just aren't skillful enough to outpass in the middle.

I agree with all your starters but I'd like to throw 3 more names in that.

Turner - the only player we have had all season who has played consistently very well - we need that kind of player.
Johnson - this is the time we need grafters and Johnson certainly is a grafter.
Redmond - Fullham is the kind of game we need pace and trickery. Watching Hoolahan get completely nullified against Brom, can't help but feel it would be the same again here - we need pace out wide.

I'd go for
Ruddy
Martin
Yobo
Turner
Olsson
Tettey
Howson
Snoddy
Pilkington
Wes
RvW

Hooper showed he's about as likely to score as RvW at the weekend and his move.ent and hold up play aren't as good so I'd get Ricky back in.

Pilkington just offers a bit mire going forward and gets alongside the striker well. I imagine he fell out of favour with Hughton because he isn't the most defensively disablined. Redmond to come on and offer pace later on the game.

I don't want to see Johnson back in the team personally. We retain possession better without him abs I don't think were really much weaker in defense with Howson instead ofJohno.

I'd go for
Ruddy
Martin Yobo Turner (if fit enough) Olsson
Redmond Johnson Tettey Pilks
Howson
RvW
Inverted wingers has failed and snoddy is not effective on the left. His defensive work and general work rate would be missed. But I think this team would carry a much greater threat. Just wish Fer was available need him for this make or break game.
And I would just like to see some evidence that they can all play with some freedom and instinct.

Bah!

Bah!

Snodgrass has been our only source of creativity in most games this season - he simply cannot be left out.

Ruddy
Martin-Bassong-Yobo-Ollsson
Tettey
Snodgrass-Howson-Pilkington

Redmond Hooper

I want the ball passed through to Redmond. Not for him to run upfield with it and give it away.

Agreed. He's had his ups and downs, but he is our top scorer, I assume has the most assists and has probably created the most goal scoring opportunities. Add his defensive cover and his effort and I simply can't see how anyone could leave him out! I've said before I'd like to see him played off the striker and as has tricky feet, a good pass and he'd have more options than "Cut inside and shoot or lay off for the full back".

I could leave him out because whilst the things you say are likely true. The rest of the side may function and create better without him on the right. (I did toy with the idea of him more central with Tettey and howson also that may be a way of keeping him in there) But I think Redmond would be better on the right, pilks on his day is our best attacking player in my opinion, so I don't think it should be too far fetched.
Afterall creative is relative in a side with 26 goals and whilst 5 goals is a decent return from midfield. A better set up team that got 15 goals or more from the strikers would ultimately fair better.

Bah!

Snodgrass is a difficult one for me. He works his socks off, his head doesn't go down when we're losing, he can do well from dead ball situations (although much less so this season), and, as you say, he is our joint top scorer and top assist.

On the other hand, I feel he seriously unbalances the side and slows down our attacks to a snail's pace, so on that level he has a negative effect on the team as a whole. Also he and RvW just don't seem to work together (or even want to). So I feel the blame for a lot of our attacking problems can be laid at his door.

I agree with your analysis on the whole - our team is often set-up around him.

However, I think "blame" is harsh!! Snodgrass did what he could - it's the team set-up and instructions that is to blame for our attacking problems.

For me, Snodgrass's qualities and ability mean he should almost always be first name on the team sheet, but him being on the pitch shouldn't preclude us from playing with pace - it's just we should not get everything to go through him.

For me It would be:-
Ruddy

Martin
Yobo
Turner
Olsson

Tettey
Howson

Snodgrass
Pilkington
Redmond

RvW

Allowing Pilks, Redmond and Snoddy to interchange places and maybe add Howson to that.

i think redmond must play. fulham have no pace in their team. given the u18s set up it's likely he'll go with 2 wide men (although i'm not sure what that means now, a wide aan). snoddy has to play too

Did not Turner step out if the wall to give Fulham a goal at Carrow Road
Sooner see Bassong just as a player he is no skipper give that job to Russ and he alone

I personally wouldn't have Bassong anywhere near the starting XI this week, his performance and general demeanor on Saturday was disgraceful, as bad as I've seen it from anyone in a yellow shirt in a long time. He was absolutely shocking and didn't look interested, I'd rather have Rusty at CB against Fulham - though Yobo and Ryan Bennett would be my first choice pairing if Tina isn't match fit yet (which I doubt if he is after such a long lay-off)

Norwich: Green, Helveg (Jonson 45), Fleming, Shackell, Drury, Bentley (Svensson 59), Safri (Holt 33), Francis, Huckerby, Ashton, McKenzie.
Subs Not Used: Charlton, Ward
