When it comes to football Germany and the Netherlands leaves England behind. Germany mullers England off the park as well. Flags, colour noise all part of it. You don't take hours to get in, Germans get organised and clubs have sections for different fans. More shoes have been thrown at City games. that has happened, bloke was banned, shoes were not! Health and safety in the UK is a menace out of control. I don't think its a nanny a state, it is, a weak and feeble one.
This is going into a different realm. I like the Health and Safety state I am trained in it and hold certificates in it so you won't convince me otherwise. It's people who cause errors not rules. Cant move in my workplace for risk assessments even have them for shutting filing cabinets. Cant cut the grass without a cut off device added to the cable. Went travelling in South America ... No cctv in grounds in Argentina, NO rules ... Its nearly third world. Peru and Bolivia are third worlds. They also ate Guinea pigs ... They loved that.
