I don't think that's right. Even though contracts run til the end of June I don't think loans are necessarily the same. It doesn't matter though, the long term loan rules are what would stop is playing him. They have to start and end in a transfer window.

It's right. A loan contracts no different, unless it's a short term emergency loan.
