This reminds me of beeb 606, I used to do this with Galv, ddd, and Spurgle5 on Friday evenings, why on earth did you never join in? you were always about.
Last night, got to tell you this, I actually hadn't seen the comment about you, when I wrote my "so much to agree" line. i pissed myself laughing when I submitted and saw what it ended up underneath, and I knew your reply was coming! It got closed after you put " indeed including usernames" (top reply!) but I never got the chance to add "Indeed...you don't get much glory with me!"

The lads I mentioned are only interested in the reply itself, keep posting good stuff and they'd take to you, they wouldn't dream of giving you short shrift if you made them laugh.

On a Friday a Spurs fan on the old BBC606 used to post up a subject related to something in the news, usually football related and everyone has to come up with football players/clubs/managers that are related to them. We've only just rekindled the tradition on here.
So for example on the subject of fighting you could have Jason Puncheon, Joachim Lowblow, Nicky headButt or if you're getting desperate Demba Bar room brawl or HayooKun Aguero

I think Friday threads should be about what people are doing on Friday, for example I'm going to finish graft, get some drink, perhaps even a few class A's and press self destruct, explain to my wife and regret the whole thing.
It's a nation wide epidemic thankfully why do you think it's so rough up here? All places have good and bad parts , this north south divide is silly. I've met may good people down there and I know u here's cool.

No it's actually spelled aye, did you know that geordie is older than the queens English and that we are called geordie due to the fact we were loyal to King George during the invasion, unlike the people of Sunderland, hence the rivalry.

Everyone here knows what the Friday Thread is, as already explained, it started as the Friday Fun/Pun Thread on the beeb, puns, jokes, oneliners etc, a bit of light entertainment on the bitter run up to matchday. Its not exclusive, any club fan can join in, but its a kind of unwritten rule not to come here and ruin it with wummage...any attempt would be futile anyway and quickly disposed of!. You're more than welcome to join in, you know where we are now.
