morning all, I'm sorry to see a note of unrest especially after such a well viewed and supported day yesterday with lots of big priced fancies coming in. Well done to all tipsters. Stick you have provided us with excellent information and knowledgable write ups, you really should not let the negetive comments of a minority of forum members upset you. I am popping over to my local track Uttoxeter today but no real eye catchers there, the 2 favourites look unopposable in the first two races. My only intrest will be a 25/1 runner that local trainer Mackie has in the 1:50, Bosumcliff. This has not been out for 2 years so an unknown package. Will risk a small e/w wager. Good luck to all today
Afta consulting ma tracker ah hav 2 mare runners ta add ta ma AMRALAH bet ON THE FEATHER - 1.50 UTT TIGER O'TOOLE - 2.00 WETH JOB DONE!!
Thanks, Hawkeye, completely forgot about that facility. There is just no reason why you have to read comments from a member you just don't get along with. (That's why I am quite confident no one reads my stuff, so I'm never bothered what I write....).
14:55 Uttoxeter - Grassfinch (Mare seems to have decent chance in this marathon hurdle. Very well-bred for the job, with lots of stamina in pedigree. 8/1 best price available at the moment with PP).
Morning, all. Nice card ‘oooooooooop North’ at Wetherby today but I’ll tip up a couple on the Flat: Lieutenant Miller (3.55 Newmarket) – Mr Henderson, the forum’s favourite trainer, runs one on the level here and people should as a result take note. His one run on the Flat, to date, saw Lieutenant Miller beat horses rated 108 and 100, off levels, but he gets in here off a perch of just 78! I’ll say it again, 78! A repeat of his performance at Ponty last time would make Lieutenant Miller very hard to beat here. Meanwhile, I’ll whisper this quietly - next term he could be the one for the old ‘Ascot Stakes’ – start dusting your toppers now! Lovage (7.15 Wolverhampton) – Old boy Roger Charlton will have bigger targets than this to aim at this weekend but he seems to have found a lovely opportunity here for Lovage to break her ‘maiden tag’. She has performed with credit in her 4 runs to date and would certainly not be winning out of turn here. A highly creditable 3rd at dear old Bath 3 weeks ago (the winner, that day, has since gone in again whilst the 5th home has also won since so the form looks more than solid) she looks the most likely winner of this heat to my eye and I think current quotes of 9/2 are most generous. Meanwhile, I see that Mr Gosden’s Unex El Greco sold this week for just 20,000 guineas! I was expecting 5 times that. He went to someone or something titled ‘Richard Frisby Bloodstock’. Whilst, Mr Henderson will be the new trainer of Stand To Reason who sold at the sale for six figures. Good luck all.

Greetings to all.... Strongest mark for today is a win bet on 1.20 Uttoxeter Call Me A Star who is banker Tote Place bet for those preferring that option ! Others I have been advised about for consideration whichever way you wish to play them...Each Way or Tote Place and varying your stakes as per the SP and your personal preferences ... 3.30 Uttoxeter 5 Dancing Art 1.30 Wetherby 6 Lightening Rod 3.55 Newmarket 1 Ard Lui 2.10 Newmarket 7 Bedazzled Please remember this is info I have received although I won't be backing any today either despite the Tote Place certainty of the Win selection !
Hasn't really shown much yet in 2 runs over hurdles, and in fact finished 12 lengths behind Hilali at Market Rasen, but Charlie Longsdon has some positive things to say about Don't Take Me Alive, who contests the Juvenile Hurdle at Wetherbey, 2.35. Only the 7 runners, but still maybe worth a small e/w at a big price, in the hope that at least one of the market leaders underperforms.
AP looks to have taken a blow to the noggin in the first at Wetherby...!!! Hard as nails that bloke, he wont miss his ride later i would think...
Hoping Odddy gets his double up today after Our Girl Salley lost by a neck yesterday. first one won nicely
Extremely nice performance by Joxer in 2nd there behind the excellent Monksland. He was a horse that I always rated highly but he went completely off the boil after a very nice beginning over hurdles. Glad connections seem to have gotten him right.
