    The bloke who played the double necked guitar in his backing group the cruisers was the cousin of a lad I was at school with. Which got us free tickets when he was at Brid Spa. Can't say what they were like as despite being only 16 we could always get served in the bar there so regularly missed the groups that were on.

    Yes, or the Tour de France started in Yorkshire & she's French, The Beatles played in Yorkshire. That simple & stretched, it just a laugh & an excuse to play music, the theme is just a side line.

    The Beatles played in Yorkshire. So did the Stones, The Kinks, The Animals, various people from America, Australia and everywhere else.
    You are normally a fairly sensible person but that is just ridiculous. Why have themes if they can just be ignored. Why not just have every music thread headed "Music night-post whatever you feel like"?
