Also Davide Somma, who I thought was a class act, had to be farmed out on loan to Lincoln

Very good striker who scored a few goals before his career was prematurely ended by injury

Actually WJ, you have probably identified a much wider issue for all Leeds fans to consider, patience before they condemn them, sometimes it takes players a little while to settle at a new club.

Are we worried that we ain’t seen Matt all day and he ain’t answering the phone?

Edit... just spoke to Matt, sounds **** but says he feels much better and is out of hospital.
The thought of losing cash is forcing back to work on Monday.

To the person that was bending his ear on his profile page on 1 January even though the banter was nothing to do with me (you have me on ignore, so there is no way it’s me) you need to get a life.
The bloke has enough going on without you blubbing At him.

See we’ve allegedly bid for Tyler Roberts. Millwall are planning to hijack the move with a bid of their own. They need a tiler in their squad.

Amanda Staveley has turned her attention to buying Leeds United after her attempted takeover of Newcastle United ground to a halt this week, according to the Sun.

The newspaper claim that the wealthy businesswoman is eyeing a move for the Championship big hitters after Mike Ashley ended takeover talks.

Staveley claims she still has an offer on the table to buy Newcastle from Ashley and has promised £100million will be spent on players in the first two transfer windows if a deal can be sealed.

But the Sun report Staveley, who has also failed to get hold of Liverpool, has her sights on Leeds, who were bought by Andrea Radrizzani last year from erratic former owner Massimo Cellino.

Staveley’s PCP Capital Partners group have been close to buying the north-east giants but negotiations collapsed this week when Ashley issued an explosive statement on Tuesday denying any deal was on the table and insisted talks have been “exhausting”.

Staveley has come out fighting against the “hurtful” statement and claimed she still very much wants to buy Newcastle and resurrect discussions.

“I’m very much still interested in buying Newcastle,” Staveley told The Times. “And our bid remains on the table. I’m very concerned, I’m very surprised and I’m disappointed about what’s been said this week.”

The Times report in the interview with Steveley that she is is committed to investing another £200million in the club on top of the cash to buy out Ashley, with “at least £100million on new players across the first two transfer windows and the same again on improving a tired training ground and ineffective academy”.

Diazepam? I thought you told me you weren't allowed a sedative as it buggered up your breathing (even worse)?

    Not allowed a sleeping pill.

Diazepam was one of the only things I could take

Diazepam was what they gave me in the hozzie to relax me, that's why I mentioned it. Sedative effect doesn't necessarily make you sleep - just slows you down & relaxes you. Can also help you sleep, but not a knockout job like a sleeping pill. That would have helped you a lot, I'm guessing.?
