12:50 Sandown - Red Devil Star 10/1. Placed in this race the last two runnings of it. Last year it was second off today's mark, has had a run to blow away the cobwebs so should be match fit and has the assistance of a very capable jockey in the shape of Tom O'Brien. Probably just about big enough to play each way but I'm going win only.

Halved in price and never travelled a yard really very disappointing

hi fellas!

REMASTERED created a big impression at chepstow last time out,and though this looks a deeper contest, with the likes of samarquand and getaway trump,he can only progress further, and has a very big shout here..

That explains it

quite a few unexposed types here, but a narrow vote goes to GLEN ROCCO.he showed a nice attitude last time out,in beating a next time out winner at fontwell, and though 9 lbr higher in a stronger race, has probably scope for more progress..

Pick a more difficult race if you can!!

i think,that was difficult enough,dont you think?..we all have bad days,dont we?

sedgefield,2 15:

a tight little race.LAC SACRE ran a stormer in the highland national at perth in april, only going down by the narrowest of margins,to a higher rated horse, and if he can replicate that form today, has a massive shout..

Thought glen Rocco ran a decent race considering he nearly got wiped out early on. The winner managed to avoid any trouble so won’t take to much notice of this result going forward.

Exactly my point, it was a horribly difficult novice handicap chase.

The novice hurdle at Sandown looks fascinating down the highway beat mercy mercy me who looked promising last year and truckin away who Beat sticklers favourite bumper horse from last year acey Milan I cant make my mind up .visually down the highway looked to do it easily but have a feeling truckin away beat a better horse. Then you have to ask yourself could mercy me beat them both? I doubt it. The price is edging me towards truckin away.
I give up.

hard to be too confident about YANMAREs prospects here,as he seems to be totally out of form.but on the positive side,he won this race 12 months ago,and has his ideal conditions today.is a hard ride, but he tends to respond,so i wouldnt say,hes not straightforward.so,he gets the benefit of the doubt from me here..e w possible..

Was a good race the 2.35pm at Exeter. Some of our group happy as they backed Defi du Seull. I backed topofthegame and really had he not given 20 lengths away at the start he would have possibly won the race.

The assessment of Top Decison s performance is that he didn't enjoy the ground and was just short of fitness as had been out for a while. Jockey and trainer believe he will come on massively for the run and he should be out again in about 4 weeks time. Fingers crossed going is at worst soft...was great to get the insight from the jockey who thinks he will improve massively next time and thought he would place at one point.

A great day out for sure...

Lieutenant Henderson used to train his half-brother, Top Ville Ben, who he won 3 races with. Top Ville Ben, in his pomp, was rated 142 so a mark of 99 for Top Decision looks extremely interesting, methinks.

Good luck, old boy.
Cheers Barney. Yes got the insight on that..we are expecting bigger and better things when he goes chasing next season.:emoticon-0148-yes:
