My long-range ante-post Triumph Hurdle punt Duffle Coat runs in the listed juvenile hurdle at Wetherby today and I am hoping for a good show. I’ve a feeling we might not see him too much on heavy winter ground but today’s surface looks ideal. Thanks to Smokey for pointing out he is running, I’ve been so busy at work I would have plain missed it.

Well done oddy, I logged on to late to see your tip. Thanks for sharing though mate ;)

Envoi Allen is horse racing in art form, a masterpiece.

I just watched the replay back and if he touched a twig then I never saw it. He is very uncomplicated, has a huge engine and can put himself right if he isn't meeting the fence on a perfect stride. If they had gone quicker he would have been even more impressive but he is very versatile pace-wise, I'm being serious here - he would hack up in the John Durkan.

Couple of bets for me today, which is rare in the week:

Wetherby 3.55pm Buzz De Turcoing 10/1 each way. Horse is very well and they will be disappointed if he does not finish in the places.

Uttoxeter 4.20pm Chatelier 7/1 each way. Galloping track will suit this big horse today and he s 3lbs below his last winning mark. Has a good chance.

Good luck all!:emoticon-0167-beer:
Just a place with Buzz..3rd. :emoticon-0100-smile
