Couple of bets for me today, which is rare in the week:

Wetherby 3.55pm Buzz De Turcoing 10/1 each way. Horse is very well and they will be disappointed if he does not finish in the places.

Uttoxeter 4.20pm Chatelier 7/1 each way. Galloping track will suit this big horse today and he s 3lbs below his last winning mark. Has a good chance.

Good luck all!:emoticon-0167-beer:

Wetherby

14.45 Cabot Cliffs 10/1 e/w

Down Royal

14,25 She'stherightone 11/1 e/w (Lads, five places)

And very small bet on

Uttoxeter

12.15 Kracquer 33/1 e/w

Jebel Ali is back too. All aboard the Doug Watson train! Jockey Connor Beasley is usually one to follow over there aswell. Doesn't seem to ride many winners over here but seems to do well over there.

First race. Doug Watson 1st and 3rd. Second race Doug Watson 1st and 3rd, Beasley 2nd. Should have put my money where my mouth is

200 comander miller took 7s last night 13/2 max now average 5s ran well on g/s and i have a sneaky suspicion the softer ground and the drop back in trip may do the trick

My long-range ante-post Triumph Hurdle punt Duffle Coat runs in the listed juvenile hurdle at Wetherby today and I am hoping for a good show. I’ve a feeling we might not see him too much on heavy winter ground but today’s surface looks ideal. Thanks to Smokey for pointing out he is running, I’ve been so busy at work I would have plain missed it.

He opened at 13/2 last night, 2/1 fav atm

At Newmarket The Bosra Sham race looks very modest for a Listed contest.

I managed to get a win out of Ventura Diamond but gave up on her after she was poor next time out. She got back on the winning trail last time and she is popular in the betting today but she is pretty exposed now.

I like Kindred Spirit. Unfancied at 11/1 last time the Varian filly looked unlikely to win at one stage but she finished really well that day to ultimately win with a bit in hand. She needs to improve but I thought she was pretty green last time and she is proven on heavy ground. Her action suggests that soft ground should suit her and if she improves I feel she has a good shout in a race where the highest on official ratings is a fairly modest 91, which is not really Listed quality in my opinion.

1.45 Newmarket Kindred Spirit 11/2

Got the job done and drifted to 11/4 to boot. Couldn’t get a stream so will need to watch the replay once up. Best price 25 for the Triumph now.
