Great beginners chase tomorrow at Uttoxeter - Garde La Victoire , Bristol De Mai nd the biggest cliff horse of the forum Regal Encore doubt any will be festival winners but still an exciting race to watch

Not the first time Garde and Bristol have met either, the former winning by over 8 lengths off same weights (I think) over hurdles last season. I always had both down as chasers in the making, and I expect Garde to prove best again today. The issue is that Regal Encore is a good horse and could well have a say, and we don't know the fitness of the field.

As you say, its a very interesting race. One for the replays this evening. Tomorrows racing looks really good, going to be a refreshing change to watch jumps racing on C4.

Correct Nass they met at sandlwn when BDM was 3rd but went off the 11/8 fav this time around he gets 9lbs from the field an has always looked like a chaser Nigel Twiston Davies has started the season in typically good form, sending out 6 winners and 3 places in the past 10 days and you would have to think that he and the team have the selection ready to roll for this before going on to bigger and better things throughout the winter. and at the prices I would have him rather than GLV at such skinny odds

He is getting less weight from GLV this time (2lbs less). I think the odds on GLV are very fair given the formbook. Just not a race for me as we haven't seen them over fences. GLV has always looked a chaser to me, so today is exciting.

Quite like the following at Wetherby today, might even strike a wager:

1.05 Red Hanrahan
1.40 Hadfield
2.15 Pumped Up For Kicks

Best of luck to all of those venturing a wager today <ok>

Mick Fitzgerald has just said he expects his onefitzall in the 2nd race at Uttoxeter with dicky Johnson on board to run very well today as ground is great for him Currently around 13/8 I'm on GL if you play ,)

Yeah ran well, you have to think the debutante winner is pretty decent.
EW double with Captain Navarre (25-1 & 12-1 last night) so fingers crossed.
