Everyone looking forward to the first race at Sedgefield to see if the commentator gets it wrong! Hi/Hey!!

I do hope it's Thommo

All fallen nicely for Cocktails At Dawn at Aintree tomorrow. Following the release of the decs he only has to beat one horse home to qualify for the Grand National. Now in an ideal world he'd finish 4th, some way behind the winner, and get a reduction in his perch to boot!

Go It Alone 7/1 - Limerick 1.20

Put him up last weekend but he was taken out and given a few extra days of rest. He's improving and he should be competitive against this lot.

Elusive in Paris 7/1 - Dundalk 7.30

Looked in superb condition up close at Dundalk last Friday and typically does his winning with big weights down in class like he is tonight. Is primed to strike soon.

Enjoy your Friday folks.
Surely 2 miles looks a bit sharp, up 14lbs but anyway you won't be going alone. I'm on.

Got a feeling African gold will run a good race today. I think he was 1 of the pre season mate post favourites for the RSA at 1 point but things didn't go his way. Showed himself in good spirits over hurdles on seasonal reappearance and now goes back chasing for new yard.

Concur --yard won the race last year-had a winner and a second the other day .....

She’s in the county on Sunday. Apparently riding one, at Barbury, that she owns - the ex Pip Hobbs horse According To Sarah.

Montrachet mix looks interesting in the 1.15 sandown. Who doesn't like a nice Montrachet , one for the connoisseurs.

Very possible. An improving sort I have in my book though and until he really dissapoints, and I think the handicapper has him by the balls I am happy to be on. Mind you, he has drifted throughout the morning.

Never heard them called that before Oddy

wow - the linksman was allowed to go off at 8/1 !!! - his only previous run was when beaten by ballyandy when both were co favs -- shows how wrong markets can be .......

Lord Robert in the 6 15 at Dunstall park tonight - he's had his sighters and tonight must be the time for a go 12/1 into 7/1 - better horse than his opponents
