Tbh Nass that is it for me in terms of Ante Post betting for races other than the festival. I don't mind taking chances on those as it is all part of the fun trying to find the value and I only have smaller bets. But after that I feel sick would rather just wait for the day in future and miss a couple of points rather than risking not getting a run at all. GC was very tempting at 5-2 as well glad I didn't get involved

Just said to stick, if Zarkandar doesn't run then it will be a bookmakers benefit, these pre festival races are a nightmare for non dec'd runners. Its almost time for the non runners to start piling up for the festival now too, we are bound to see a big name being declared as a non runner in the next month. Just have to hope its not my one that I have backed.

Long Run is the one. Happy he is prepping in the Aon (or Denman or whatever its called this year) too, think its key to have a prep run before the big race.

Yes you're right Grizzly, but I never give up hope with Andy till all hope is gone.

    Murray back in the game!

Sorry for the tennis talk....I'm going out now.

Can't wait to get back and see the cards for tomorrow....really disappointed about Grands Crus not running, and now Julio :(

Good luck with your bets today, everyone :)

    Bugger! First set to Djokovic!

Odddy you don't need to worry either <ok> The Fly wouldn't be running on Sunday if not 100% he will hack up there and at chelts

Got a good e-mail with funny place names this morning - there's a place in the Orkneys called Twatt and down in Essex a place called Fingringhoe (not far from Colchester)

RV, and the best thing about Long Run is that if Kauto Star turns up, Long Run will still be a corking price on the day.

Yep <ok> if I have a poor Chelts he will save me or even better if I have a good one I will lump on with the winnings.

Triumph trial tmz looks a belter mind. I hope Nicholls runs Pearl Swan and I can get 20s E.W lol - not likely though

Grumeti remains the one for me - in fact I may do an AP bet for the Triumph this evening before his price tumbles tomorrow when he hoses up <ok>

I agree Baby Mix looked good but maybe we were all a bit guilty of over-rating Hinterland? I think Hollow Tree won a very soft Grade 1 last time out so I am still not sure I would have Hinterland 141 and Hollow Tree 142. Sadlers Risk looks a decent animal too though. If they all turn up tomorrow it will be a corking race.

I must say Grumeti looks the one for me too, but I do like the Nicholls horse too. It will be informative tomorrow, thats for sure.
