Good Luck <ok>

Heard someone talking about G Southgate and I immediately thought ... Tactition. Well you would wouldn't you. Anyway, it's 5/4 for the nearly 2 mile handicap at Ascot. Not much of a price but just watched his last race and the longer trip should suit him well

The 7-runner Handicap at Sandown (19:35) this evening, a Class-4 event over a distance just short of 1m2f on good ground, gives the Kingman gelding, Lone Piper, a sound chance of getting off the mark with a win. Jack Mitchell rides for the Tom Clover yard.

5/1 (Bet365/Unibet) best price early-doors, on the ATR site.

Not sure if the tactics were to get in as much trouble as possible but it was no easy passage. Amazing effort to get up after such interruption in the final furlong. Needed every yard in the end.
