Good Luck <ok>

Not a DT item necessarily but I’ve only just caught up with the news that Milton Harris is in a spot of bother again. Apparently suspended pending a hearing in the new year. This fella seems to have his fair share of bother but I quite like him as a trainer as he’s not shy in taking on the big boys when he’s got a decent one. Anyone any idea what the issue is? The web is rather sketchy on the detail. I also see the Irish trainer Tony Martin had his latest brush with authorities following one of his charges failing a drugs test. More info on line on this one and the 6 month suspended sentence seems lenient to me considering it’s not his first rodeo in this particular area.

Rebel intensions in the first at Ascot at 6s has a good shout track winner , conditions will suit and distance should be spot on

In the (14:15) at Uttoxeter, a Class-5 Handicap Hurdle over a slightly-extended 2m6f on heavy ground, the veteran NH hurdler/chaser, Bobo Mac, certainly has a squeak to run a decent race. Old boy is in good shape at present. Has reasonable overall form for this affair. Wears usual cheek-pieces. Caolin Quinn (3) on board for the Tom Symonds yard.

9/2 best price in nearly all places at time of writing. Any drift, then E/W should be considered.

Veteran plugged-on to finish third. Raced in the rear most of the way.

In the listed bumper at Ascot it could pay to take an e/w chance on the Warren Greatrex trained filly Future Fortune. The form of her victory at Hereford ties in well with that of today's fav Brechin Castle through Diamond Dice and she should come on massively for that first run (was very green in the closing stages). It is a competitive enough race today but 25/1 feels like a decent enough price and the allowance will help.

I saw Captain Bellamy at Chepstow and he’s a lovely looking horse, wouldn’t surprise me if he was graded class at some point. Saw Brechin Castle at Cheltenham and he was impressive, even with my money on.

I also think I’m A Lumberjack will be a lovely horse in time. It’s a really decent race.
