Okay, I am going to come clean here. I do not normally touch the huge field cavalry charges (anywhere) but I have winnings to play with from 5/1 Porta Fortuna.

Since I can have six places in the finale, I am sticking with Woodhay Wonder each way at 16/1 as she did me a favour bringing up her four-timer last time. I just hope that she can reproduce her form away from Newmarket (four from five) and Newbury (won on only visit). Follow a filly in form...

Ascot 17.05 I think with such a big field and with many contenders on the up, 11/2 is a bit skinny for Indelible but I think she should take this

18.15 Mukaafar ew at 12/1 6 places looks decent value
Won her race but on wrong side of the track

Royal Ascot
17,40 Voyage 14/1 e/w bet365, Lads and Coral four places

Took 16/1 last week. Hopefully he will cross the finish line in the same position as in his last race, but it would be convenient if this time he did it with the jockey on him.

At least this time he got to the finish line with the jockey on him...last.

Edit: Not last, second last.

Very good Pilgrim

Thank you very much, but... honestly, it's been a very bad week, only three placings with Electrolyte (40/1), Carrytheone (25/1) and Dark Vintage (66/1). The only horse that won was one that I didn't place on the forum, Ain't Nobody (took 14/1 in the morning and won SP 5/1). It happens. But, I repeat, awful week, no excuses. Even some of the horses I put in have come last.

For tomorrow, I have one bet for three weeks, but I don't have much confidence in him even though he is now favourite. Then I'll put him, although the odds are low. Given how the week has gone I don't think it's a good idea to back him but....

Don't say you didn't back it PIlgrim

I'll be honest, yesterday afternoon I thought about doing it when I saw he was running, not because I thought he was going to win, just because of the name, but I decided to back Dark Vintage and.... when I saw that he won I started to laugh.

My Guineas double of Rosallion and Porta Fortuna looks even unluckier after Royal Ascot. A Martin Peters bet? 7 weeks before its time.
