Yes, absolutely - there's nothing seductive/erotic whatever about watching girls trot. I must have watched a million films in a long and happily-wasted life, but the one cinematic image that has always stayed with me is Julie Christie sashaying up the High Street in Billy Liar. No I believe he took umbrage at losing a ride on one of Becket's and out of the blue threw in the towel rather than getting a review of his position with Becket. I like Becket and believe he must be a good and straight man to work for. He let him down by leaving in that way and he let himself down. Becket's website is always worth reading as he calls a spade a spade.
