With the going changed to ‘Heavy’ at Inglorious Goodwood before the flag start farce of Whirl making all in the Nassau Stakes procession, my interest in this year’s event is definitely over...

Galway Blazers Handicap Chase 6.00 Antrim Coast ew at 8/1. This one hasn’t gone this far over fences yet but his hurdle form at 3 miles suggests a rating 123 is very workable. He’s beaten or finished very close to several horses now rated from the mid 130s to 150+.
