I do not think that the draw was anything to do with it in just a nine runner field on the round course. She is a hold up horse but not normally right at the back. He should have brought her to take closer order after the half mile. Unusually for her, she went in the stalls today with no bother at all.

Might have a look at Warrington -6 vs Hull KR in the Super League to recover some of this week’s losses from Manning and Spencer.

Well it didn't help, being drawn widest of all but yep a better jock (even a half decent one) could have won. In saying that the French filly may still have won with her turn of foot.

I'd say the evening meetings will see some get out of jail bets tonight. Time Test seems an awful long time ago now!

Stick- I'm following the formlines of Squire and having me a nice e/w on FORGOTTEN HERO.

Your boy keeps running well so I think the formlines are going to ring true and be solid. Tough old race but it was a bounce back to form and Hills has already landed a race this week.

Nice to see Hughesie getting a couple of R Ascot winners in his last season.

Got 3 arrows left on my small stakes placepot in the last.

Yarrow, Star Rider, and Great Glen.

AOB's two take over 55% of the remaining units! <yikes>

Thats the second year in a row Joe Fanning has gone through the Queens Vase field like wrecking ball.

Got away with it last year but not this.

James Doyle produces yet another howler...maybe the pressure getting to him?

    The winner could be decent.

He got cut up by the truely awful Fanning Ste but not sure he would have won.

I like the colt that beat your selection on debut even though he has subsequently been beaten by another useful type.
