To help with the Xmas expenses...
 
There are no superlatives..... Sean Bowen at Uttoxeter today riding the favourite in the 1:28 3 mile chase. Under pressure before they had jumped one and never on the bridle at any stage. Not smacked to get it moving along, changing hands, pushing, scrubbing, kicking.. it says much as was Said on sky that even though this was never going, it peaked at 14/1 in running, when any other jockey would have said 'stuff that' and it would have been 300/1... the amazing thing, the race wasn't worth £30k, £40k it was £3200... the man is just unbelievable.

Meanwhile, talking through my pocket, I watch Cobden trying to do what he's incapable of doing, trying to 'ease' one to victory. Stencil 1:50... not good enough to shine Bowens boots.

Won't have helped the horse's mark winning that far ;) - nah just kidding, a superb ride and he has picked up the McCoy mantle in terms of his will to win. Brilliant stuff <applause>
