3:05 Ascot - Lava Lamp

I thought this looked like a bit of a decent ew shot when it was priced up at 25/1 last night. I've just taken 66/1 on Paddy Power and that is definitely way too big to ignore for a horse that is easily capable of running into a place.

I never like to oppose Stick so I'll pop is one in reverse forecast with mine
 
Got word there to back Artiste Celebre in second last at Dundalk,expected to go very close-I backed it Ew at 9/2
 
Two of the better Conditionals (and Amateurs) riding in the next, Archie Bellamy rode a nice race at Towcester yesterday and gets another good ride today.

De plotting shed 2/1 in the Ascot bumper. Gordon Elliott's horse was hammered 21l by the mighty Our Duke 2 starts ago before picking up a minor event. Don't think it'll have much bother beating this opposition tomorrow. Take the price quick ;)

1) Oddy: sorry to hear about the spill. Hope your recovery is quick, complete and pain-free.
2) Ste: for what it's worth, and if you see this in time, my low-life associate in Down Royal is full of the same news for Usain and swears it can't get beat.
3 Ron: you sell yourself short, particularly when you preface that catalogue of techno-miracles with I just. It's like Michelangelo saying about the Sistine Chapel that he just put some bits of paint on to wet plaster. But I agree that Nass's winners are easy to miss.
