Yep, the Physio now is just making sure it doesn't get worse. I will have accelerated arthritis and will never get full movement back but I can still do pretty much everything except press-ups (which I hate anyway). Fortunately I was well insured so financially everything sound.

Nothing like a Friday night Dundalk booom! Very impressive from the young claimer there too, handy position and kept it simple. Always be aware of Damian English animals when any movement appears in the market.
