what are you jesters babbling on about!? *** threw in one bad run and suddenly everyone's scrabbling over who liked Saddler's Rock first. Write off *** at your peril.
Morning all, I am a Saddlers Rock man, at 100/30 has to provide a run for the money. Away from Donnie I see David Pipe has S. Twiston-Davis on one at Chester, Martial Law, and at the same meeting one of tim Easterby's is attracting some cash, See Clearly in the 5pm. Also Oddie I have to acknowledge your Down Royal selection after the Uttoxeter winner on Wednesday so a little punt on Whiskey Galore. Slaite if it comes in.
George ...and SR got beaten at Ascot, just like F&G...Never known so many so keen to claim a loser! Substantivo in the 2.30 at Sandownis co owned by the Coolmore boys and trained by Alan Jarvis...strange arrangement. This one is also a half brother to Requinto but so far doesn't seem to possess his ability. Anyone know how this came to pass?
Morning all! Hardly original but going for hopeful Yankee Hoyam Sir Graham Wade Sadlers Rock Duke of Firenze
Morning/Afternoon All, One for me today. I see it has been mentioned earlier on here to: 15:55 Chester - Baby Strange. 5/1. Shame my namesake Ollie Olga is a non runner otherwise would have done that to. Also agree with people on here regarding Saddlers Rock and I have done ROTO Sound of the guns. Good luck all.
Right got a bit of time on my hands so I'll explain why I've napped Nanton dans le 1.50 Ã 9/1. To start with the horse won this race 3 years ago and was 2nd last year off a mark of 102. Therefore we can deduce that CD is no problem. Today Nanton runs off of 87. Further investigation leads us onto his 4 UK runs this season. We'll ignore the first run of the season (over 10f) coming off of a 4 month layoff and give the horse the benefit of the doubt. His 2nd run, at Glorious Goodwood, was over 10f where Nanton 'stayed on past beaten horses' but finished well back. His next run, off of 95, was over 12f and the story was pretty similar. His latest run to date also paints the same picture but a better perfomance with Nanton 'staying on strongly when not much room and switched right inside final furlong, nearest finish' to come home 5/19 and only beaten 2L. Upped in trip again today, on a form line through Tropical Beat, Nanton shouldn't be able to get near Sir Graham Wade but I just think that Nanton's season might well have been with this race in mind and the fact that his latest run was easily his best perhaps supports that and I'm hopeful of a big run.
Good afty all... Seems to be a bit of a favs day today, unless im just lazy and cant find owt at longer odds... Anyway i had a better day yesterday so here's hoping that i can improve again today... Donny... 1.15 - Hoyam, 7/2 1.50 - Nanton, 8/1 2.20 - Saddlers Rock, 3/1 2.55 - Certify, 5/6 3.30 - Ninjago, 6/1 4.05 - Duke Of Firenze, 15/8 4.35 - Keene Dancer, 5/1 Good luck to all if your playing today...
Apologies if it has already been mentioned, but the 1 mile maiden at Sandown this afternoon looks pretty hot. In the field are a half-brother to Sakhee, a full brother to Lucarno and Thought Worthy and a son of Russian Rhythm.
